Anna Rose Taylor

Anna Rose Taylor age 82 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Friday, August 15, 2025 at the Baptist Health of Corbin.

She was born on May 12, 1943 in Idaho to the late Roy Miller and Lola (Lambdin) Miller. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Bob Miller and a sister, Barbara Miller. 

Surviving family include her husband, Ezra Taylor whom she married September 18, 1963; sons, Arthur Taylor (and Nancy) and Chad Taylor (and April); daughters, Lola Marlar (and Ernest) and Regina Taylor; a brother, Roy Miller, Jr. (and Clara); grandchildren, Whitney Perkins, Holly Taylor, Logan Taylor, Seth Taylor, Jeremy Laxton, Josh Laxton, Erica Douglas, and LeAnna Worley; 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. 

Also surviving are special friends, Betty Taylor, Brenda & Eddie Baird, Cathy Musgrove, Donna & Jackie Stephens, and Doris June Williams. 

Anna was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved nothing more than caring for her family and any she welcomed into her home. She was of the Church of God faith. Anna also enjoyed gardening and working with flowers. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at 4:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. David Mounce and Bro. William Kilby officiating. Burial to follow in the Hayes Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday after 2:00 pm until service time.
