AUTUMN LYNN SOARD

May 10, 1969 — September 11, 2017

Autumn Lynn Soard, age 48, of Stearns, Kentucky, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017.

She was born in Whitley City, Kentucky, on May 10, 1969, to James and Katheryn (West) Soard.  She is preceded in death by her mother, two brothers: Bruce Soard and Shawn Soard, and a special nephew, Shawn Helton.

Surviving family include her father, James Soard of Stearns, a daughter, Kari Mason (husband Naccona) of Corbin, Kentucky, two sons: Brandon Garland of Knoxville, Tennessee and Justin Garland of Stearns, four brothers: Scott Soard, Mike Soard, Mark Soard and John Soard all of Stearns, five sisters: Layne Wilson (husband Rick) of Pine Knot, Tammy Soard of Pine Knot, Crystal Sewell of Stearns, Sherry Rollins (husband Mike) of Pine Knot and Penny Stanton (husband Henson) of Whitley City, and three grandchildren: Trenton Mason, Kaylee Mason and Gage Garland.

Autumn worked as a bid spotter for auctions and was a member of the Sunny Hill Church of God.  She loved life and enjoyed making people laugh.  She liked to cook and play with her grandchildren and took pleasure in rock hunting.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 14, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Leo Shelton officiating.  Serving as pallbearers will be Scott Soard, Mark Soard, Brandon Garland, Justin Garland, Josh Jones and Eric Webb.

Burial will be at the Silerville Cemetery.

Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 noon until time for services at the funeral home.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family of Autumn Soard with funeral arrangements.
