Byron "Bear" Cox age 47 of Whitley City, Kentucky passed from this life on Sunday, December 8, 2024 at his home.

He was born September 17, 1977 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to the late Albert Lee Cox and Hazel (Eagleton) Cox.

Surviving family include his wife, Lynette Cox; brothers Charles and Donald Lynch; and sisters, Kay Jarecki and Carol Lynch.

Per the request of the family, Byron was cremated.
