Charles R Stephens

Charles R. Stephens age 72 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at his home.

He was born October 12, 1950 in Somerset, Kentucky to the late Arnold Stephens and Grace (Creekmore) Stephens. In addition to his parents, Charles is preceded in death by his son, Tommy Stephens; a brother, Jimmy Stephens; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Davis.

Surviving family include his son, Charles Aaron Stephens; grandchildren, Axle Stephens, Brandi Stephens, Brooklyn Hayes, and Emily Whitehead; several nieces, nephews, and a special nephew, Randy Stephens.

Charles was a mechanic by trade. He loved working on hot rods and racing. Charles also enjoyed farm work as well, but most of all he loved to be with his grandchildren.

Graveside Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023 at 11:00 am at the family home on Airport Rd.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
