Christopher Michael Dixon

Christopher Michael Dixon age 45 of Whitley City, Kentucky passed from this life on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at his home.

He was born March 13, 1978 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Brian Keith and Teresa (Hardman) Dixon.

His father precedes him in death.

Surviving family include his son, Zachary Dixon and granddaughter, Paisley Capps, of Greencastle, Indiana; his mother, Teresa Dixon of Strunk; brothers, Vincent Dixon (and Faith) of Strunk, Joshua Dixon of Strunk, James Dixon of Indiana, and Ken Dixon of Pine Knot; a sister, Marsha Dixon of Indiana; half-brothers, Jason Switzer, Steven Switzer, and Jeremy Switzer; and several nieces and nephews.

Christopher had many hobbies he enjoyed. He loved art and painting things. Christopher also enjoyed music and cooking, but above all, he loved talking to people, especially to his granddaughter. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Per request, cremation was chosen. The family will hold a memorial gathering at a later date.
