CRYSTAL LEE CANADA

Crystal Lee Canada, age 40, of Strunk, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday June 6, 2017, at the Baptist Health of Corbin Hospital.

She was born on December 28, 1976, in Monticello, Kentucky, to Sondra (Lovett) Waters and Jerry Lee Douglas.  She is preceded in death by her father.

Surviving family include two sons:  Cody Canada of Strunk, and Chase Canada also of Strunk, her mother: Sondra Waters of Pine Knot, and a host of special cousins and friends. 

Crystal had worked as an emergency medical technician and was a member of the Marshes Siding Church of God.  She enjoyed reading, music and watching television.

Funeral services will be held graveside at the Hayes Creek Cemetery on Monday, June 12, 2017, at 11:00 a.m.  The family will receive friends at Pine Knot Funeral Home on Monday morning from 10:00 until time for procession to Hayes Creek Cemetery.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
