FORREST LENDLE MOORE
May 18, 1939 — April 15, 2017
Forrest Lendle Moore, age 77 of Pine Knot, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Signature Healthcare of McCreary County.
He was born on May 18, 1939, in Pine Knot, Kentucky, the son of the late Mat and Hazel (Spradlin) Moore. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister: Martha Lou Duncan, and two brothers: George Jr. Moore and James Edward Moore.
Surviving family include a daughter, Nikki Gilreath, a son, Thomas Moore, and two brothers: Arnold Moore of Pine Knot and Ronnie Moore of Lake City, Tennessee.
Mr. Moore had been a state highway employee and worked in the saw mills.
Funeral services will be held graveside at the T. Chitwood Cemetery at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, April 22, 2017, with Bro. Scottie Corder officiating.
Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
