Glenna Anderson

Ms. Glenna Anderson, age 92, of Strunk, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the Williamsburg Health and Rehab.

Born February 25, 1933, in Gatliff, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Amos and Susie Laxton Rickett. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Willard D, Anderson and a brother, Amos Mac Rickett.

Surviving family include a son, Dennis Anderson (Patty) of Cincinnati, Ohio, a daughter, Pam Kuss (Randy), a brother, Bill Rickett of Gatliff, and six sisters: Alma Hamlin, of Gatliff, Barbara Barton, of Gatliff, Sue Elleck of Gatliff, Vonnie Mullins of Louisville, Faye Irvin of Gatliff and Pauline Johnson of Gatliff. There are three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Glenna was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and gardening.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Pine Knot Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Davis Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until time for services at 1:00.
