J. D. MOORE

James Donald, "J.D." Moore, of Pine Knot, passed away on Monday February 2, 2009 at his home.

He was born in Pine Knot on January 8, 1945 to the late Floyd Moore and Beulah Bryant Moore of Oneida. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Carter and Boyce Lee Moore and 4 infant sisters.

Survivors include 3 daughters, Theresa Dixon and her husband Bill of Pine Knot, Linda Clark and her husband Jeff of Strunk, and Wanda Crabtree and her fiancAC. Barry Slaven of Strunk. There are 3 brothers; Eugene Moore and his wife Judy, and Dillard and Michael Moore. 5 sisters; June Dople, Lena Cordell and her husband David, Wanda Bryant and her husband Rob, Lois Ferrier and her husband Bob and Anna Bolin. There are 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild also surviving.
