JACKIE C MOBLEY

Jackie C. Mobley, age 66, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed away Friday. March 4, 2022, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.

A gathering of friends and family will take place  Wednesday, March 9, 2022 in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. untile 7:00 p.m.  Per his wishes, he will be cremated.

Jackie was born in Abbeville, South Carolina, on August 9, 1955, to the late Eddie and Verna (Morris) Mobley. 

Surviving family include two sons: Eddie and Tommy Mobley, both of Stearns, five daughters: Deborah Trammell (Jason) of Pine Knot, Jamie Hammond (Johnny) of Richmond, Kentucky, Mollie Mobley of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, Verna Mobley of Revelo, Kentucky, and Keisha St. John (Carl) of Stearns.  The mother of his children is Cynthia Mobley of Stearns.

There are two brothers: John Garner (Gloris) and Bobbie Mobley (JoAnn) both of Abbeville, South Carlina, and two sisters: Alma Parker of South Carolina and Deborah Worley (Olin) of Abbeville, South Carolina. 

Jackie was blessed with 22 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Jackie had been a truck driver for many years and enjoyed camping and watching television.  He loved his grandchildren and spending time with them.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
