Jeannette Lela Bryant Tucker

Jeannette Lela Bryant Tucker age 82 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at her home. 

She was born on May 18, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late Johnny E. Richards and Elizabeth Marcella (Kelley) Richards. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Willie Jack Bryant and her son, Jim Bryant.

Surviving family include her son, Jerry Bryant and wife, Jenna; her daughters, Kathy Jo Lattie and Karla Benken; a daughter-in-law, Carla Bryant; grandchildren, Darrell Benken, Avery Benken, James Bryant, John Bryant, Josh Bryant, Jeremy Bryant, and Ashley Bryant; and several great-grandchildren. 

Jeannette was of the Church of God faith. In past time, she had worked as a secretary for Rick Neal Funeral Home and sales in the crafting department of Walmart. Although she enjoyed helping others, her true passion was being a homemaker and caring for her family, especially her grandbabies. Jeannette had hobbies that included scrapbooking, genealogy, and doing home ministry to those who were unable to be out. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Josh Stephens officiating. Burial to follow in the Richards Bryant Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday after 1:00 pm until service time.
