Jennifer Michelle Hamlin

Jennifer Michelle Hamlin age 47 of Pine Knot, Kentucky passed from this life on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the Baptist Health of Corbin.

She was born on December 19, 1978 in Somerset, Kentucky to Larry Clark and Sandra (Corder) Clark. 

She is preceded in death by her infant sister, Stacy Clark, father-in-law, Ray Hamlin; and brother-in-law, Dusty Hamlin. 

Surviving family include her husband, Wesley Hamlin; a son, Kade Hamlin; a daughter, Alle Jones (and Charlie); her parents, Larry & Sandra Clark; a sister, Lindsey Ball (and Will); mother-in-law, Pat Hamlin; grandchildren, Morgan and Melodie Jones; and a host of additional family and friends whom she loved dearly.

Jennifer was a member of Clearview United Baptist Church and a graduate of the McCreary Central High School class of 1997. Though she was more of a homemaker, she had also became a licensed cosmetologist. Jennifer loved to read, write, and do research. She also loved to be outdoors and collect rocks. Her smile was contagious. She always found much joy in making others laugh. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Pastor William Kilby officiating. Burial to follow in the Bethel Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday after 12:00 noon until service time. 

The family appreciates and gives much thanks for donations to assist with remaining expenses.
