June Dople

June Dople, age 64, of Pine Knot, Kentucky, passed from this life on Sunday, May 31, 2015, at the St. Joseph London Hospital in London, Kentucky.

June was born on June 5, 1950, in Pine Knot, to the late Floyd Franklin Moore and Beulah Frances Bryant Moore Coleman. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by brothers; Dillard Moore, James Donald Moore, Eugene Franklin Moore, Carter Ray Moore and Boyce Lee Moore and sisters; Edna Fay, Joyce, Brenda Kay, Patricia, and Wanda Sue Bryant. 

Surviving family include her son Herman Artis Dople of Strunk, Kentucky, two daughters; Tina Cordell and Misti Dawn Dople both of Pine Knot, and five grandchildren; Tiffany Cordell, Kylie Ball, Shane Ball, Arlis Dople, Jr. and Abby King, a special daughter, Crystal McKiddy and special son, Wesley Ball and a step-daughter; Tosha Davis.

June was a homemaker and member of the Hayes Creek Church of God.  She was a singer and had made two CDs.  She was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished her family to the end.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Rev. Harvey Logan officiating.  June requested special songs by Bonnie and Jennifer Wilson and Jason Stephens.  Pallbearers will be Nick McKiddy, Tim Jones, Dawson Lynch, Chase Perry, and honorary pallbearers Shane Ball and Garrett Jones.  She will be laid to rest at the Moore Family Cemetery.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until time for services.
