KATHREEN FAYE STEPHENS

Kathreen Faye Stephens, age 85, passed from this life Saturday, September 26, 2026, at her home in Pine Knot.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Pearl (Perkins) Stephens, brothers; Bob, Bill, Lee, Donnie and Roger Stephens, and sisters; Nancy and Cynthia.

She is survived by sisters: Helen Gilreath (Jim) of Glasgow, Kentucky, and Linda Stephens Lavender of Whitley City, Kentucky, and brother Jimmy Stephens of Pine Knot.

Faye enjoyed reading, working in the yard and spending time with her family.

Per her wishes, there will be no public funeral service.
