Kenneth Eugene Taylor

Kenneth Eugene Taylor age 59 of Strunk, Kentucky passed from this life on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at home.

He was born on March 21, 1963 in Strunk, Kentucky to the late George Arnold Taylor and Margie Marie (Coffey) Taylor. In addition to his parents, Kenny is preceded in death by a sister, Vonda Kidd and her husband, Carl; a brother, Linville Taylor; nephews, Wayne and Wendell Garland; and a brother-in-law, Orville Stephens.

Surviving family include his son, Justin William Taylor and 3 granddaughters, Addison, Jayden Marie, and Hannah Taylor.

Also surviving are his brothers, Alonzo Taylor, Conley Taylor (wife, Wanda), Coye Taylor (wife, Jean), and Charles Taylor (wife, Rhonda); sisters, Wilda Douglas (husband, Howard), Sharon Taylor, Katherine Stephens, Shirley Bryant (husband, Lawrence), Karen Watters (husband, Larry) and Betty Watson (husband, Larry); a sister-in-law, Eva Taylor; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins who will mourn his passing.

Kenny was a carpenter by trade and was known for his friendly and fun personality. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, listening to the radio, and being with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Coffey officiating. Burial to follow in the Smith Cemetery of Round Top. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday after 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will include his son, Justin, and nephews, Wade Garland, Raymond Prewitt, Stanley Taylor, Bradley Taylor, Nick Taylor, and Randall Stephens.
