Leland Slaven, widower of Mildred (Wagers) Slaven, passed from this life on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at the Harborview Nursing Home in Thomaston, Georgia.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home. Burial to follow in the Silerville Cemetery. The family will receive friends for visitation on Saturday after 11:00 am until service time.
