Louverna Conatser

Louverna Conatser, age 81 years, of Jackson Center, Ohio died Sunday, March 22, 2026 at her home.

She was born at Worley Hilltop, Kentucky on May 20, 1944 the daughter of the late Ottis and Nellie (Murphy) Jackson. Louverna had been a foster parent, enjoyed taking care of her family especially her grandchildren, listening to gospel music, and going to church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, James Conatser; brothers, Harvey Jackson and Virgil Jackson; sisters, Penny Puckett and Sadie Privett; 2 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.

Survivors include her sons, Mark Conatser (Nancy) of Sidney, Ohio and Rickey Conatser of Stearns, Kentucky; step sons, Danny Conatser of Texas and Steve Conatser of California; daughters, Janice Cooper (Chancy) of Stearns, Kentucky and Wanda Miller (Lee) of Strunk, Kentucky; stepdaughter, Ginny Wade of Corbin, Kentucky; brother, Fred Jackson of Sidney, Ohio; sisters, Lois Morris (dale) and Grace Baker both of Sidney, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; and 24 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 2pm Friday, March 27, 2026 at the Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Scottie Corder officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Knot Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 12pm Friday at the Funeral Home.
