Nola K Stephens

Nola K. Stephens, age 72, mother of Scott Stephens, and special friend to Bob Thompson, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017 at her home in Stearns, Kentucky. 

She is survived by her son: Scott Stephens and wife Teresa, of Helenwood, Tennessee, a very special friend and companion: Bob Thompson, brothers: Nobel Hickman and wife Joyce, Carl Royce Hickman and wife Ann, both of Monticello, Kentucky sisters: Jewel Sexton and husband Danny, also of Monticello, Sarah Watson and husband Gorman, of Pine Knot, KY, Georgie Strunk and husband Danny, also of Pine Knot, Kathy Young of Monticello, Rebecca Hickman of Somerset, Kentucky, Sandra Allen and husband Robert, of Whitley City, Kentucky, Sharon Dunagan and husband Forrest, of Monticello, and Rosa Tucker and husband Dwayne, also of Monticello, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a cook at McCreary County School system, and a member of Revelo Church of God, she enjoyed participating in all church activities and events, vacationing, traveling, and playing word games.

Funeral will be held at the Pine Knot Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, December 23rd at 1:00 PM, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM, until time for services.
