Sherry Ruth Jones Clark, 65, was taken home by God’s Angels on May 8, 2015.

Funeral Services celebrating her life will be held 6:00PM Monday evening May 11, 2015 at the Pierce-Jefferson Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel in Kernersville, NC, with Pastor Matthew Jones officiating. The family will visit with friends in Kernersville immediately following the service at the funeral home. A Graveside Service will be held 1:00PM Tuesday May 12, 2015 at Lower Hickory Grove Cemetery in Stearns, Kentucky. The family will visit with friends from Noon until time for the service on Tuesday at the Taylor Ridge Baptist Church in Whitley City, Kentucky..

A native of Corbin, Kentucky, Sherry was the daughter of the late Pauline Estelle Bruce and Ernest Jones, Jr.

Survivors include her “beloved” Delmer Ray Clark; daughters Hope Marie Clark and Barbi Elaine Clark; sons Delmer Ray “Hec” Clark, II and Adam Jared Clark; grandchildren Joshua Wayne Casper, Jeremy Ray Casper, Kayla Marie Clark, and Devon Michael Clark; sisters Patricia Young, Tammy Jones, Kimberly Roper, and Casey Garland; brothers Charles Jones, Barry Jones, and Billy Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
