TYLER DEWAYNE STEPHENS-JONES

Tyler Dewayne Stephens-Jones, age 16, passed away Friday, September 2, 2016, in Parkers Lake, Kentucky.

 He was born on September 9, 1999, in Scott County, Tennessee.  He is the son of Richard and Sherry (King) Stephens of Stearns, Kentucky, grandson of Rama Wilson of Stearns and the late Gene King.  He is a brother to Kyle Wayne Stephens-Jones of Stearns, Josh Stephens (and wife Tiffany) of Stearns, Devin Stephens of Stearns, P.J. Paul (husband Eli) of Crawfordville, Florida, Madison Rain Stephens of Stearns, and baby brother Isaiah. He has four nephews and nieces: Elijah, Kainah, Gracelyn and Lily, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Tyler was a junior at McCreary Central High School and a member of the Day Ridge Pentecostal Church.  He enjoyed mud riding, working on four-wheelers, motorcycles and lawn mowers and hanging out with his friends.  He was a very strong yet compassionate person that will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2016, in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Rodrick Foster officiating.  Burial was in the Keith Morrow Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 9:00 at the funeral home.

Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
