Obituary

James Daniel Waters age 43 of Strunk, Kentucky passed from this life on Saturday, December 5, 2020. 

He was born May 4, 1977 in Somerset, Kentucky to James Waters and Rosetta (Kilby) Waters. He was a member of the Revelo Church of God. He worked as a mechanic and enjoyed working on cars, but above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Daniel is preceded in death by his grandparents, David and Rosalie Kilby, Harold and Edith Waters; and his father and mother-in-law, Virgil and Betty Gibson.

Surviving family include his wife, Ginnie (Gibson) Waters and their children, James Harley Waters (girlfriend, Skylar Everhart), and Ali Chevelle Waters (boyfriend, Ethan Tucker); his parents, James and Rosetta Waters of Pine Knot, Kentucky; a sister, Carrie Rose Yancey of Wartburg, Tennessee; a special brother, Tony White (Teresa) of Strunk, Kentucky; and several special nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that loved Daniel dearly. 

In keeping of Daniel's wishes, he was cremated. A Celebration of Life service will be held privately in accordance to the Governor's recent mandate.
